The project relates to the conversion of a tertiary sector building into a building whose multi-generational use and diversity of typologies depart from the conventional (studios, and apartments with one or two rooms). The idea of multi-generational accommodation originates from the well-known model of assisted living residences for the elderly. The project evolves in order to meet the needs of other age groups, with shared spaces and other services put in place in order to meet the requirements of the technical specification. The benefits of new technologies are applied to the internal services in the building. And the carefully planned interiors offer a high quality of living for an affordable rent.
