Actiris, the Brussels Regional Employment Office, has chosen the G2A group comprised of Global, Art & Build and Anixton, to “elaborate, oversee and execute their central headquarters redeployment strategy”. The scope of work varies from strategic consultancy to the implementation of proposed solutions.
Actiris currently employs 950 staff across 25 sites. Their main headquarters is located at 65 Boulevard Anspach, Brussels, and covers some 15,000 sqm.
Some 720 employees currenly stationed in Anspach, Caserne, Pacheco and De Brouckère are to be relocated, and new space anticipates further growth linked to regionalisation of federal human resources. Space sharing with other public partnership groups is also to be anticipated, bringing the total available space demands to between 16,500 and 30,000 sqm.
G2A’s threefold aims are:
• The definition of workspace organisation within the new spaces
• Helping with the choice of the new location and the sale of property which Actiris chooses to release
• Architectural interventions and fitout services according to the chosen scenarios
