Docks Bruxsel

ROB Woluwe

Brussels
Belgium

The Rob store is an emblematic building in the commune of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, which presents undeniable architectural and planning qualities. In contrast, however, its car park, at the rear, is lacking in any aesthetic interest. The extension project entrusted to Art & Build Architect is therefore an opportunity as much as it is a challenge. The architectural choice is based on the commitment to creating an iconic key feature.

Crystal City

Brussels
Belgium

The “Crystal City” project forms part of the transformation of the Brussels city centre. The transformation of an ageing island block is an integral part of the city centre urban revival strategy and the ambition driven by the new pedestrianisation project. Although “Crystal City” is a commercial project, it is also a residential project. Living in the city centre should remain an attractive proposition. The mixed application of functions is vital to the development of the modern city.
